We have been married a year now!
We can't believe it's been a year since our beautiful, rainy wedding day on December 18, 2010.
It's been the best year of my life.
It's been the best year of my life.
To celebrate, we decided to fulfill our recent and constant cravings for sushi.
We were so grateful for kind grandparents who gave us a gift card to Happy Sumo.

We ordered delicious sushi and had the most amazing dessert.
(If you go to Happy Sumo and get dessert you must get the molten lava chocolate cake with ice cream!)
We reminisced about all the great things that happened this year like moving in to our first apartment together, making new friends at church, Aaron getting in to the MAcc, a summer full of weddings/homecomings/farewells/graduations/boating, my last semester of classes at BYU and lots of laughter overall.
After dinner we went on to check out the lights on Temple Square.
The temple and lights were gorgeous as always and we weren't even too cold!
Overall, we had a wonderful anniversary celebration.
And now we're just excited for what the next year has in store. It will be an adventure for sure with my student teaching and graduation, Aaron finishing his first year in the MAcc, a summer internship in San Jose, CA, and who knows what else!
Here are some pictures from the night:
